Hello we booked 2 tickets from Lisbon to Malta ... when booking requirements for travels from Lisbon were a negative PCR test 72 hours prior to flight ... Now suddenly Malta is requiring a full Vaccination. There is no way we can manage this in time and since these rules were not in force when AirMalta sold us the tickets we expect a full refund or at least a voucher for later travel. Can Airmalta contact us in this regard and how to get reimbursed ? We cant join or cancel online. I tried to change to the dates and they are still wanting me to pay an extra 361 euros per person for the change. ridiculous this. I want a solution
