I have made the order in worten.pt with 4 items and the home delivery option.
One item was delivered at home, another 3 in two different pickup points.
One item was delivered by mistake instead of the ordered one.
I have been calling to the customers service for 7 days in a raw, every day. Every time they promised to call me back within a day. As you can guess, they didn't. I had to go to the store by myself, bring the wrong item and make a refund.
Awful service and it was my last order and purchase in worten.
